Prescription Savings Program
As a member of The Chamber of Commerce of St. Joseph
County, you and your family have access to a FREE
prescription savings card. Through the program, receive
savings of up to 75 percent (savings average around 30
percent) at more than 50,000 national and regional
pharmacies. All prescriptions processed through the program
are completely confidential. This program includes discounts
on prescriptions, eyeglasses, nutritional supplements,
diabetic supplies and more.
To obtain cards, simply call Member Relations
Manager Julie Stabrowski at 574.234.0051, x315 or e-mail
jstabrowski@sjchamber.org to order the number of
prescription cards you need for you, your family and
employees. Or, you can download your free card below. Please enter your name and e-mail below and the system
will generate a printable membership card for you. You may
create as many cards as you need. This card is pre-activated
and can be used immediately! Program Highlights:
- NO COST for the card.
- There are NO enrollment forms, restrictions, age or income requirements, waiting periods, eligibility requirements, exclusions, claim forms to file and no annual or
lifetime limits.
- Covers pre-existing conditions, includes discounts on brand and generic medications and is an open formulary so all medications are eligible for discounts.
- This program has a "LOWEST PRICE" feature that provides cardholders the lowest plan price on prescriptions at participating pharmacies (medication pricing/discounts are calculated on the plan’s lowest negotiated contract price and the pharmacy’s “usual and customary” price).
- This program can be used by people who have Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), high deductible plans, Medicare Part D (non-covered drugs) or no prescription drug plan.
- The program can be used as a stand-alone benefit or to get discounts on
non-formulary medications.
